7. Giving Intruction

Giving intruction is an expression that is used to give inruction for someone to do or not do something. Giving intruction can be devided as follows.

Command (perintah) :

• Verb+Oc.

example : watchout, come here.

• please+V1+Oc.

example : Please dean your room.

• Would you please+V1+Oc.

example : Would you please to bother her ?

• Would you mind+V1+ing+Oc.

example : Would you mind yawing ?

Prohibition (larangan) :

• don't+V1+Oc.

example :don't kick him !

• Would you please not to+V1+Oc.

example : Would you please not to bother her ?

• Would you mind not+V1+ing+Oc.

Would you mind not yawing ?
